Daily informal group classes with a maximum of 16 participants.
Personal Training
1 to 1 bespoke personal training to work on your individual fitness ability & requirements.
Trainer Hire
I am available for hire to cover other fitness instructor absences or any corporate or community led in-house fitness classes.

It’s like your personal punchcard for attendance!
Passes are available in several different formats to suit your needs & budget:
From a single taster session class, to 4 classes, 8 classes, 12 classes, VIP monthly membership & 1-1 personal Training session passes.

Set Up Your PunchPass Account…
Begin by setting up your PunchPass account, where you can buy passes in a range of options for classes, membership or personal training.

Reserve Your Place In Class With Your Pass…
Visit the booking page where you can see all upcoming classes, and use your PunchPass to reserve your place on any session you’d like to attend.

Attend & Enjoy!
Once you’ve reserved your place in class, just turn up and enjoy. There’s nothing to pay on the day in class as your PunchPass has taken care of that!
